Locked out
Nexa People has no self-service password reset, by design. Your own HR administrator resets it from your employee record, which is faster than asking us.
Security issue
Write to us before testing so we can agree the scope. We don't pursue good-faith research that follows it. See Security.
Privacy request
Employees should start with their own HR team, because your record belongs to them. For anything we hold about you directly, we aim to reply within 30 days. See Privacy.
