A permission matrix controls access by module, form and action, and it's enforced on the server. The Nexa AI agent follows exactly the same permissions as the person using it.
Payroll is configurable: tax slabs, deductions, allowances, overtime, currencies and end-of-service rules are set to match your policies, and country-specific statutory fields can be added to the employee record. Nexa People is also multilingual.
